Public collection

A public list should explain itself

This page is not a dump of bookmarks. If a stranger opens it, they should know what the list is for before they click anything. Spreadsheets named FINAL are how useful links get lost.

What I will put on a public list

Public means anyone with the URL can read it. So I only publish links I would be willing to stand next to. Official docs. Tools I have actually used. Articles with an author and a date. I do not publish contracts, staging sites, customer data, or “inspiration” I grabbed at 1 a.m. and cannot explain.

Every public directory on LinkBoard is supposed to have a written summary of at least 120 characters. That is on purpose. A one-word caption is how you get a page Google (and a client) cannot interpret.

How to read a collection like this

Start with the summary. Then read the note under a link before you open it. The note is the point. “Use the spacing, ignore the photos” saves you from treating every URL as equally important. If a link has no note, treat it as unfinished.

If you want to keep a list like this for a client or a class, the walkthrough is in how I set up one client folder. The product itself is described on the features page.

Links currently on this list

There are no public links to show right now. The rules above still stand: if I publish this list again, each URL will have a title a human would search and a sentence about why it is here.
